For those who are looking for quick and dirty (thus the title) information about trainers, you'll find it here. Cynthia Publishing has put together an easy-to-understand, easy-to-access book that relays tons of information in a small amount of space. For example, the trainer will be listed by name above a chart that covers the trainers best successes - the tracks, distances, surfaces, weather, age and gender of animal, class, pace, form, jockey, odds, and rank. It also lists power angles when applicable. For example, (description taken from last season's New York version) Linda Rice does best at Aqueduct and Belmont with routers on the dirt in dry weather when her charges are 2, 3, and 5 year olds in non-claiming and maiden claiming races. She excels with jockeys Gryder and Luzzi and her animals prefer early pace, and their odds are usually low to middle and non-favorites. Rice has power angles to look for:  Non-winners-allowance, first time on turf, maiden-claimer, and dropping from straight maiden. Besides the charts, there's also a brief write-up on each trainer. 54 Pgs.
