Our Booksellers can respond to questions 9am - 7pm (Pacific Time Zone) Monday - Friday, and Saturday 10am - 6pm, with the exception of major holidays.

1. Gambler's Book Club allows customers to return items only in specific situations, and we cannot allow returns on Software, DVDs, E-Books, VHS, other multimedia formats & products or items with loose-leaf or binder-type binding.

2. Gambler's Book Club has up to 30 days to refund a customer once request has been issued. Customers reimbursement is at the discretion of the proprietor which reimbursement is made. 

    * If we ship the wrong item, contact us using the information above so that we can make arrangements to resolve the situation. We will refund the shipping charges in cases where the error is ours.
    * If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to return it (or similar situations in which we bear no responsibility), contact us using the information above for information on how to return the item at your expense.
      We are not responsible for return packages lost or damages in transit, and we must receive it undamaged and in sell-able condition. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
    * If you believe an item you ordered is defective, contact us using the information above. We must respond to instances of defective product on a case-by-case basis.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a restocking fee equal to the greater of 20% or $5.00. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damages in transit. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item.

Technical Issues with Software
Gambler's Book Club does not offer technical support for the software items that we sell. If you require technical support for computer software purchased on our online store, contact the manufacturer of the product using information that, if available, may be found:

    * on the item's packaging or manuals, or
    * in digital help files (such as "Read Me" documents) included with the software, or
    * on the manufacturer's website. 

If you are unable to contact the software manufacturer, contact us using the information above with specific details of your problem & full contact information (including Name, address, email & phone number) we will attempt to put the software manufacturer in contact with you. Please understand that if the manufacturer is not able to help you, our booksellers are only able to give general computer advice.
